<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a multi-point call by a simple operation to call a telephone terminal of a third person while keeping a talking state between telephone terminals of two persons and also make the multi-point call without reservation, if needed. <P>SOLUTION: Telephone terminals 10-30 of individual users are connected to a call controller 40 and an MCU 50 over an internet 100. The call controller 40 retrieves the IP address, etc. of a party telephone terminal, based on a telephone number informed from the telephone terminal 10-30, and provides connection information. The MCU 50 ensures a port (resource) for realizing a multi-point call, based on a connection request from the telephone terminal 10-30 and sends encoded sound data to each telephone terminal 10-30 in the multicast way. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
