The control element (50) has a control cam area (54), which is adjacent to a control cam section (23) in turn direction in adjustable manner. The control cam section extends in turn direction after each turning position and engages at a control surface (32) to reduce the turning space requirements of the control cam section and the control cam area by shifting an impact lever (3) from an impact position into a clamping position.
