PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulation panel increased in light transmission area while securing the function of being adaptable to the deformation of a light transmission plate by properly holding the light transmission plate. SOLUTION: This sound insulation panel comprises a resin rectangular light transmission plate 10 and a frame 20 surrounding the light transmission plate. The light transmission plate has a thickness enough for providing a rigidity necessary for maintaining it in an erected state. The frame comprises lateral members 21 horizontally arranged in an installed state and vertical members 22 arranged perpendicular to the lateral members. Groove 23 extending in the longitudinal directions of the lateral and longitudinal members are formed in the contact surfaces 20a of the frame in contact with the light transmission plate. The edge part 11 of the light transmission plate is held by the grooves 23, and secured to the frame with a pair of fixing devices 30 having a diameter smaller than that of the through hole which extends through a through hole 13 formed around two corner parts 12, 12 arranged on the upper side. The lateral members are so arranged that the intervals of the bottom surfaces 23a of the grooves are wider than the length H of the light transmission plate in the height direction.
