PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge leaked oil to a desired portion at low cost. SOLUTION: In the power transmission device 1 provided with a rotation member 3; a casing 5 sealingly filled with the oil; and seals 9, 11, 13 for forming an oil sealing chamber 7 between the rotation member 3 and the casing 5, an oil discharge hole 15 for dripping the oil to a desired position is provided at the outside of the oil sealing chamber 7.
