<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly recognize the latest load state by fitness exercise by intuitive display by making a display color be different according to loads. <P>SOLUTION: An exerciser 1 wears a wearing apparatus 100, inputs basic information, performs the fitness exercise, and records the data of a heart rate and the number of steps.
