A construction method for an ecological passage of a concrete waterway and an ecological panel are provided to construct the ecological passage for small animals easily by fixing the ecological panel to the concrete waterway. An ecological panel comprises a plurality of slopes(102), projections(104), step patterns(103), anchor holes(105), and ecological holes(106). The slopes, the projections, and the step patterns are formed from the bottom to the top of the panel. The anchor holes are formed for anchors at regular distances, to fix the ecological panel to a waterway(107). The ecological holes serve as habitats for small animals and plants. A compressed mat(109) is interposed between the ecological panel and the waterway for underwater plants and insects to inhabit. |
