摘要 |
A method of manufacturing nickel is provided to reduction-sinter a binder-removed nickel mold at low temperature in reducing atmosphere without heating the nickel mold at the high temperature, thereby reducing generation of impurities. A method of manufacturing nickel comprises the steps of; arranging nickel oxide; mixing the nickel oxide with a binder(S11); manufacturing the mixture into a nickel mold having a predetermined shape(S12); heating the nickel mold at 180 to 200°C and dry-removing the binder(S13); and reduction-sintering the binder-removed nickel mold in reducing atmosphere at 900 to 1200°C to remove the oxide(S14). The oxide-removed nickel is cooled(S15). A particle size of the nickel mold is 10 to 100 mm. The reducing atmosphere is formed by hydrogen gas which is shielded by nitride. |
