An automatic shower apparatus is provided to allow convenient and safe shower and bath for disabled and healthy people and to give a massage function simultaneously and separately with the shower function. An automatic shower apparatus(100) comprises: a lower bed(110) to receive human body; an upper cover(140) established openably, which has a sensor(131) to detect the shape of human body and a brush(72) established rotatably; a pressure sensor established on the brush; a movement device to move the brush vertically or laterally; a spraying device(160) to spray cleansing solution; a controller(180) to control the movement device and the spraying device; a massaging device(120); and a drying device(170) exhausting hot air to human body.
