A refrigerator with a wireless communication function is provided to reduce the complicated work for inputting the list of food to store in the refrigerator but automatically renew a management list by controlling the management list with a wirelessly received shopping list. A refrigerator with a wireless communication function includes a receiving module(110) mounted at a side of the refrigerator for receiving a shopping list from an external equipment(H) via wireless communication, a food management part(111) for storing the received shopping list and a management list, and a control part(109) for renewing the shopping list by including the same in the management list to control the management list.
