PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlocking device of a railroad signal security system having the verification function capable of reliably verifying the operation of the interlocking device under every operational condition according to a predetermined reference on a real time basis. SOLUTION: The interlocking device 700 has a verification means 50 for verifying the response characteristic of equipment at site to the interlocking logical computation control output, and is capable of detecting any failure of the equipment 2 at site and occurrence of any abnormal operation attributable to the secular change on the interlocking device side on a real time basis. The response characteristic of the equipment 2 at site is verified by the verification means 50 according to a predetermined reference on a real time basis, and the response characteristic of the equipment at side can be reliably verified irrespective of the knowledge or the skill of a verification person.
