PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keytop having a fine and clear cutout character portion, even when a mixed inorganic paint layer is formed on a synthetic resin film by printing a mixed inorganic paint, without destroying this, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: A mixed inorganic painting layer 13, formed by printing a mixed inorganic paste made by mixing a resin with inorganic powder and a protective layer 15, formed by printing a resin paste are disposed to form a lamination under the curved portion 11 of a transparent or translucent resin film 10, and the inorganic mixed paint layer 13 and the protective layer 15 have cutout character portions 19, that do not have the inorganic mixed paint layer 13 or the protective layer 15. A color layer 17 is placed on the protective layer 15 and the cutout character portion 19 by printing a resin paste over them.
