The arrangement (1) has a voltage detecting unit (4) connected with an output (3) of a switching off unit (2). An electrical switch (10), which is connected with an output (8) of a voltage comparator (7), is arranged between an input (9) of the switching off unit and the output (3) and is closed in a normal case. The detecting unit includes a switching output (14) connected with an output (13) of a voltage comparator (12) for indication of impermissible voltage. The switch is opened when a voltage is supplied to the input (9), and the switch is closed when a permissible voltage is supplied.
