A hermetic compressor is provided to simplify an assembly process and to prevent an inlet tube from being broken by coupling the inlet tube to an intake hole of a cylinder. A hermetic compressor comprises a cylinder(31) formed with an intake hole(100) such that an intake path of refrigerant is formed in a compression space. An inlet tube(200) is inserted into an intake hole of the cylinder to guide the refrigerant to the intake hole. Concave and convex fitting sections(300) are formed in the inner peripheral surface of the intake hole and the outer peripheral surface of the inlet tube such that the inlet tube is coupled with the intake hole. The concave fitting section is formed in the inner peripheral surface of the intake hole and the convex fitting section is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the inlet tube. |
