PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional image display device capable of generating and scattering light beam groups necessary to display a clear stereoscopic image with high density spatially without increasing the scale of the entire device.

SOLUTION: The three-dimensional image display device is equipped with: a light source 10; an optical modulation means 30 generating a two-dimensional image; an image restricting and generating means 32 generating the Fourier transform image of spatial frequency in the two-dimensional image and selects only the predetermined Fourier transform image, and further performs inverse Fourier transform to form the conjugate image of the two-dimensional image; a light beam advancing direction changing means 80 changing the advancing direction of the light beam emitted from the image restricting and generating means 32; and an imaging means 82 forming an image with the light beam emitted from the light beam advancing direction changing means 80.
