PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic control device for an automatic transmission improving sealability between an inner filter and a separate plate, and resulting in reduced foreign matter in operating oil. SOLUTION: A flange portion 22 of the inner filter 20 has an end formed into a tapered shape. When the force of operating oil is applied from the radial outside to the flange portion 22, the flange portion 22 is therefore pushed against the side of the separate plate 50. A spring 60 is provided between a housing 30 and the inner filter 20. The flange portion 22 is therefore pushed against the separate plate 50 by the spring 60. Thus, the flange portion 22 is put in close contact with the separate plate 50 to improve sealability between the flange portion 22 and the separate plate 50. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
