PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide X-ray CT equipment appropriately executing contrast radiography. SOLUTION: This X-ray CT equipment is provided with: a radiographing section executing a helical scan advancing from one end side to the other end side of a radiographing range set along the body axis of a subject, where contrast media are injected, using a cone beam X-ray source and a multi-row X-ray detector, and reconstructing an image based on the acquired projection data; and a control section for controlling it; wherein the control section controls the advance speed of the helical scan based on a comparison of data derived from a detector row in a relatively front side in regard to the advancing direction of the helical scan, with data derived from a detector row in a relatively rear side out of the detection rows of the multi-row X-ray detector.
