摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an emulsion coating, the emulsion coating, and a coating film formed from the emulsion coating. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the emulsion coating containing a photocatalyst composite particle and a resin component, as the photocatalyst composite particle, the photocatalyst composite particle is prepared, in which an aqueous dispersion with a pH of 4.0 or less dispersed with titanium oxide and dissolved with a phosphoric acid ion and a calcium ion is pH-adjusted to a pH of 5.0-11.0 and calcium phosphate is re-precipitated/deposited on a surface of the titanium oxide, and the obtained photocatalyst composite particle is formulated in a coating as a photocatalyst component. The manufacturing method for the emulsion coating, the emulsion coating and its coating film are provided. Thereby, the emulsion coating can be provided, in which productivity of the photocatalyst composite particle is enhanced and an organic substance optical decomposition function and weather-resistance of the coating and the coating film containing the photocatalyst composite particle are enhanced.
