<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an individual piece carrying apparatus for improving heat conductivity to an individual piece and surely carrying a thin individual piece with a carrying chute. <P>SOLUTION: The individual piece carrying apparatus 23 includes a carrying chute 2, a carrying frame 3, and an intermittent carrying device (carrying means) 4. The carrying frame 3 is formed in the square shape and includes, at the center thereof, a bottomless accommodating part 35 having a rear part 36 supporting a rear edge in the carrying direction of a heat sink (individual piece) 16, side portions 37, 38 supporting both side edges following the rear edge, and a front side 39 supporting a front edge.
