PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hair grower composition having an excellent hair growth effect. SOLUTION: The hair grower composition comprises (A) a hair growth active ingredient selected from pentadecanoic acid glyceride, carpronium chloride, nicotinic acid amide, minoxidil,β-glycyrrhetinic acid, isopropylmethylphenol, piroctone olamine, forskolin and swertiamarin, (B) an N-methacryloyloxyethyl N, N-dimethylammonium-α-N-methylcarboxybetaine-alkyl methacrylate copolymer and (C) a polyoxypropylene polyoxyethylene glyceryl ether and/or a polyoxypropylene glyceryl ether.
