<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor film, a light receiving element, a photoreceptor, a process cartridge and image forming apparatus, that are formed even on a base material including an organic material, are excellent in a photoconductive characteristic, a mechanical characteristic, and resistance to oxidation, etc., and temporally stably keep these characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor film, the light receiving element having the semiconductor film, the photoreceptor having the light receiving element, the process cartridge having the photoreceptor, and the image forming apparatus having the photoreceptor, are characterized by being formed on the base material, and containing a group 13 element, carbon, and oxygen of 15 to 55 atom%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
