PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a channel list at a moving destination in a shorter time without executing complete scanning. SOLUTION: A cellular telephone 10 is provided with: a storing section 14 for storing one channel list or more containing a plurality of items of channel information indicating a combination of a physical channel and broadcast content information about broadcast contents corresponding to the physical channel; a channel selecting section 17 for selecting a physical channel; a broadcast contents information acquiring section 13 for acquiring broadcast contents information from a broadcast wave corresponding to the selected physical channel; and a channel list deciding section 15 for extracting a channel list including the channel information indicating the combination of the selected physical channel and the acquired broadcast contents information from the one channel list or more stored in the storing section 14, and deciding the extracted channel list as a presently receivable channel list.
