METHOD OF LAYING ELECTRIC WIRE IN SEWER PIPE AND WIRE HOLDER

PURPOSE:To preclude the necessity to make holes in a sewer pipe by arranging shape memory alloy electric wire holders, which return to their original ring shape and hold an electric wire, in the sewer pipe and heating and applying to the sewer pipe the holders. CONSTITUTION:A holder 10 comprises a main body 12 and a holding part 14. The main body 12 is made of a shape memory alloy returning to its original ring shape. The holding part 14 holds an electric wire L. A plurality of circular grooves 20 to fit the main body 12 of the holder 10 are made in the inner wall of a sewer pipe C with a grinder. A carrier 36 and the required number of the holders 10 are put in the sewer pipe C and the electric wire L wound around a reel on the earth is passed through the holding parts 14 of all of the holders 10. The carrier 36 has a cylindrical body 42 and four castors 40 and the body 42 is equipped with a plurality of electric lamps 44. The carrier 36 puts the holders 10 on the circular grooves 20 one by one and the electric lamps 44 are turned on the heat the main body 12, which is transformed into a ring form and fitted in the circular grooves 20.
