PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-stage belt loop for fixing waist belt solving the following problem: low-rise jeans or trousers available in the market are insufficient in response to people of all generations with respect to the facts that underwear is seen from outside or chills the belly part or the waist, or have inconvenience where the belt of the jeans or the trousers get slid or curved when a wearer acts while the belt is only put around the lower part of the waist. SOLUTION: The two-stage belt loop for fixing waist belt is attached to at one to several places in an intermediate portion between the crotch to the waist of the jeans, pants, trousers, slacks or the like so as to particularly inexpensively and easily fix a popular waist-low belt without chilling the belly part or the waist part.
