An organic light emitting display device and a fabricating method thereof are provided to easily realize white color through mixing of light of different wavelengths by minimizing microcavity. An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate(100), a first electrode(110), an organic film layer(120), and a second electrode(130). The first electrode is formed on the substrate. The organic film layer is formed on the first electrode and has a light emitting layer. The second electrode is formed on the organic film layer and has laminated films(130a,130b) of ytterbium and silver. In the second electrode, a thickness of ytterbium is 20 to 30Å, and a thickness of silver is 70 to 90Å. A thickness of the second electrode is 70 to 120Å. |
