<p>A Nd-Fe-B DC motor includes a housing (2), an end cap (1), a cylindrical magnetic shoe (3), a rotor assembly (4), carbon brushes (5) and a circuit board (6). The rotor assembly (4) includes a rotor (41), armature windings (42), commutators (43) and a rotating shaft (44). The cylindrical magnetic shoe (3) is formed by Nd-Fe-B, and is fixed closely to the inner wall of the housing (2). The groove number of the rotor (41) is integral multiple of the pole number of the cylindrical magnetic shoe (3).</p> |
