An electronic system, an electronic apparatus, and a method of operating an audio unit are provided to improve operability thereof by mounting a touch panel for operation. An electronic system includes a portable electronic unit(10) and an electronic apparatus(100). The portable electronic unit includes a display(131) and a first controller. The display has a touch panel mounted to detect user commands. The first controller transmits the commands from the user to the electronic apparatus. The electronic apparatus includes a multi-acoustic unit and a second controller. The multi-acoustic unit outputs acoustic signals independently. The second controller controls the multi-acoustic unit in accordance with the commands transmitted from the first controller.
