PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To divide an ECU into five modules depending on a function and suppress a change part to a minimum extent to reduce a cost even if the change of specifications occurs. SOLUTION: This ECU is provided with a CPU base as a base for a microcomputer and its peripheral circuit, a power base as a base for mounting a power element, a connector for connecting each element on each base with the outside, a base provided with heat a radiation function of the power base, and a cover for shielding each base electrically. Each module is divided into five modules depending on the function, and a connection form between modules is standardized to change the design of the ECU per module unit in accordance with specifications.
