A composition for plastic multi-wall sheets is provided to obtain multi-wall sheets having excellent moldability, melt strength, heat resistance, chemical resistance, printability and contact feel. A composition for plastic multi-wall sheets comprises: 1-99 mol% of polycarbonate; and 1-99 mol% of a polyester resin copolymerized from dicarboxylic acid and glycol component essentially comprising polyoxyethylene glycol bisphenol A represented by the following formula 1, a multi-functional monomer formed of a polyhydric acid or polyhydric alcohol, and 1,4-cyclohexane dimethanol. In formula 1, n is an integer of 1-8; m is an integer of 1-8; and m+n is an integer of 2-12. The polycarbonate has a melt index of 2-40 g/10 min(330 deg.C).
