An electrostatic discharge protection device and a layout method thereof are provided to deliver signals at a high speed by finely adjusting an inter-pin capacitance variation. A first metal line(10) is formed in a horizontal direction. Plural fingers are formed to be normal to one side surface of a source. A second metal line(30) is electrically connected to an upper pad through a contact. The second metal lines are arranged to correspond to the first metal lines. Plural first drain fingers(DF3) are formed, such that a first vertical distance is formed between adjacent fingers. One end of the first drain finger is formed, where the second metal line is extended in a horizontal direction. Plural first option metals are adjoined with a side surface of the second metal line, which is opposed to the first metal line. Second option metals(OM2) are formed between end portions of the respective first drain fingers at a position, where the second metal line is extended in the horizontal direction. Second drain fingers(DF4) are formed, such that a second vertical distance is formed between adjacent fingers. One end of the second drain finger is adjoined with the first option metal.
