A garlic weaving device is provided to allow a great quantity of garlic to be conveniently woven and hung on a wall or a drying rack. A garlic weaving device comprises: a flat board-shaped weaving plate(100) which is made of synthetic resin and has a plurality of hanging grooves(110) formed at both sides and a fixing hole(120) formed at one or both end parts; and a weaving string(200) which is inserted into the hanging grooves to weave garlic. In addition, a plurality of the flat board-shaped weaving plates are formed in a body and wound in the form of roll. One or two hundreds of garlic are woven at each flat board-shaped weaving plate.
