THE ASSEMBLY METHOD FOR RUNNER OF VARIABLE PITCH PUMP

An assembly method for a runner of a variable pitch pump is provided to change angles of vanes uniformly in response to an angle change signal. An assembly method for a runner of a variable pitch pump includes the steps of: placing a runner boss(20) on a slope of a fixing jig(100); installing vanes(30) whose coupling shaft(31) is inserted through an installation groove(23) of the runner boss and is coupled to an arm(40); keeping a gap between blades of the vane; welding the vanes with a setting piece inserted between the blades; processing and balancing the vanes through the setting piece; completing balance of the vanes and assembling on an upper part of the jig after removing the setting piece; installing a ball joint connected to a cross head and the arm; installing a setting bar between the cross head and the runner boss and fixing a nut on the upper part of the jig; fixing the ball joint finally; and determining a stroke by checking a pitch angle between the vanes and measuring a displacement.
