<p>The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for the high flow data package transmission. The method comprises the measuring steps at the mobile station (6) of a base station (4) based on a set of parameters, the selection at the mobile station (6) of a base station (4) based on a set of parameters, sending a data message required by the mobile station (6) to the selected base station (4) and receiving data from the selected base station (4) to the mobile station, at a data flow corresponding to the mentioned required data message. The apparatus comprises a transmitter inside each base station (4), for transmitting signals (50) to the direct connection at the mobile station (6), a receiver inside the mobile station (6), situated so as to generate C/I measurements of the signals (50) of the direct connection between a controller (76) inside the mobile station (6), located in order to receive the C/I measurements, the controller (76) being situated so as to select a base station (4) selected at least among a base station (4), based on the C/I measurements, and a transmitter inside the mobile station (6), which transmits a data message required at the selected base station (4), the transmitter inside the selected base station (4) transmits data, at a high data flow according to the required data message.</p> |
