An earth leakage breaker is provided to assemble and handle a circuit board and obtain high reliability without influence of arc gas and heat by combining the circuit board with a trip coil and receiving the circuit board in a unit case of an earth leakage trip unit. An earth leakage breaker includes a body case(10) to receive functional components. The functional components are a zero-phase current transformer(3), an earth leakage detection circuit(4), a trip coil, a sensitivity current switch(7), an operation time switch(8), and an earth leakage test switch(9). The functional components are installed on one circuit board. The circuit board is combined with the trip coil and received in a unit case of an earth leakage trip unit(16) installed at a side of a switching operation handle(13).
