摘要 #CMT# #/CMT# Treating petroleum charges to form a gas oil cut with a sulfur content of = 50 ppm, comprises mild hydrocracking in a fixed catalyst bed in the presence of hydrogen, separation of a gas containing hydrogen and hydrogen sulfide formed during hydrocracking and a fraction heavier than gas oil, hydrotreatment by contacting at least a portion of that distillate cut comprising the gas oil fraction, a mixture with a charge obtained from crude or refined renewable source, with a catalyst in the presence of hydrogen and separation of hydrogen gas and diesel cut. #CMT# : #/CMT# Treating petroleum charges containing >= 80 wt.% of components with a boiling point of greater than 340[deg] C and >= 0.05 wt.% of sulfur, to form a gas oil cut with a sulfur content of = 50 ppm, comprises mild hydrocracking in a fixed bed of catalyst at 300-500[deg] C, at a pressure of 2-10 MPa, and a hourly space velocity of 0.1-10 per hour and in the presence of 100-5000 Nm 3>of hydrogen per m 3>of charge, the net conversion into products boiling below 360[deg] C being 10-50 wt.%, separation of a gas containing hydrogen and hydrogen sulfide formed during the mild hydrocracking from the effluent from a distillate cut containing diesel and a fraction heavier than gas oil, hydrotreatment, by contacting at least a portion of that distillate cut comprising the gas oil fraction, a mixture with a charge obtained from crude or refined renewable source, with a catalyst, at 180-320[deg] C, at a pressure of 2-10 MPa, with a hourly space velocity of 0.1-10 per hour in the presence of 200-5000 Nm 3>of hydrogen per m 3>of charge and separation of hydrogen gas and diesel cut. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# The process is useful to produce fuel oil. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The process provides a fuel oil containing less than 50 mg/kg of sulfur (claimed). The process provides an improved tolerance on specifications concerning the plant or animal oil and quality of obtained products. #CMT#INORGANIC CHEMISTRY : #/CMT# Preferred Components: The support is alumina, silica, alumina-silica, magnesium and/or clays. The catalyst comprises phosphorus, boron and/or fluorine and is used at 0.001-20 wt.%. #CMT#ORGANIC CHEMISTRY : #/CMT# Preferred Components: The charges are distillates of direct vacuum distillation, distillates resulting from conversion process, deasphalted oils and/or residues from the process conversion heavy charges. The charges further contain diesel cuts and heavy gas oils from catalytic cracking. The charge obtained from a renewable source comprises oils and/or fats of vegetable, animal and/or fish origin and products derived from these sources, where the oil and/or fat are raw/refined, where the mixture is made up of chemical structures of triglycerides and/or fatty acids type i.e. having boiling points of hydrocarbon cuts present in diesel. Preferred Process: The mild hydrocracking is done at 350-450[deg] C, under an absolute pressure of 2.5-7 MPa, at hourly space velocity of 0.2-5 per hour and in the presence of 200-1500 Nm 3>of hydrogen per m 3>of charge, the net conversion into products boiling at less than 360[deg] C is 15-45 wt.%. The partial pressure of hydrogen sulfide exiting in the first step is 0.1-0.4 MPa. The catalyst used during the mild hydrocracking and hydrotreating is 0.5-10 wt.% of nickel oxide and 1-30 wt.% of molybdenum oxide, on a mineral support. The hydrotreatment step is done at 200-315[deg] C, at 3-7 MPa, an hourly space velocity of 0.2-2 per hour and in the presence of 300-1500 Nm 3>of hydrogen per m 3>of charge.
