#CMT# #/CMT# The machine for cutting/oxycutting metallic plates such as carbon plate or stainless steel plate using plasma jet or laser beam, comprises a structure with a cutting tool (20) for automatic cutting, and a torch (10) for manual cutting. The manual torch is connected to the machine by an intermediate of a beam of cables having an electric cable that supplies current to the torch. The automatic cutting tool and the manual torch are supplied with same gas source, same source of cooling fluid, same electric current generator (21) and/or same laser beam. #CMT# : #/CMT# The machine for cutting/oxycutting metallic plates such as carbon plate or stainless steel plate using plasma jet or laser beam, comprises a structure with a cutting tool (20) for automatic cutting, and a torch (10) for manual cutting. The automatic cutting tool and the manual torch are supplied with same gas source, same source of cooling fluid, same electric current generator (21) and/or same laser beam. A control unit such as computer numerical control (CNC) is arranged for inactivating the cutting tool and the manual torch after selection by the operator. A device is arranged for rotating a part of beam (11) from the manual torch. An independent claim is included for a process for plasma cutting metallic plate such as carbon plate or stainless steel plate. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# The machine is useful for cutting/oxycutting metallic plates such as carbon plate or stainless steel plate using plasma jet or laser beam (claimed). #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The machine ensures simple, fast and uniform cutting/oxycutting of metallic plates with reduced cost and increased productivity using efficient cutting tools. #CMT#DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS : #/CMT# The figure shows a machine for cutting metallic plates. 1 : Sheet metal 10 : Manual torch 11 : Torch beam 20 : Automatic cutting tool 21 : Current generator. |
