FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology. ^ SUBSTANCE: eye-ground pathology is assessed, immunoregulatory index (IRI) is analysed and evaluated as ratio of lymphocyte number ""4 and helper-inductor potential to ""8 - by suppressor-cytotoxic action, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, glycolysed hemoglobin level (HbAc), as well as antiself antibody (AAB) level relatively to native DNA (nDNA) and denatured DNA (dDNA) antigens are evaluated. According to set of analysed factors, peripheral uveitis of slight, middle and great severity is diagnosed. ^ EFFECT: increased accuracy of differential diagnostics of peripheral uveitis severity and reduced therapy time. ^ 3 ex |
