PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel bearing device which enables the same sensors to be easily mounted to outer members (fixed member) having different sizes in a radial direction. SOLUTION: The wheel bearing device is provided with: the fixed member 1; a rotation member 2 rotatably supported on an inner diameter side of the fixed member 1 through a bearing 3; a magnetic ring 4 mounted to an outer periphery on an inboard side of the rotation member 2; and the sensor 5 having a rotation speed detection part 5a arranged so as to be opposed to the magnetic ring 4.
