PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of being miniaturized as a whole. SOLUTION: A first air inflow chamber 29, a first air outflow chamber 30, a second air inflow chamber 31 and a second air outflow chamber 32 are respectively defined inside of a casing 5 receiving a latent heat exchanger 25 formed into the approximately-rectangular shape, a humidity conditioning rotor L rotatably driven to change a part positioned in the second air outflow chamber 32 and a part positioned in the first air inflow chamber 29 in accompany with the rotation, and a heating means 12 for heating the air supplied to the humidity conditioning rotor L are disposed in the casing 5, and the latent heat exchanger 25 and the humidity conditioning rotor L are disposed in adjacent to each other in a state that an angular portion 25e formed by a side face 25d of the humidity conditioning rotor L side faced to the second air outflow chamber 32 and a side face 25a of a humidity conditioning rotor L side faced to the first air inflow chamber 29 in the latent heat exchanger 25, has an inclined attitude close to the humidity conditioning rotor L.
