PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repairing method of obtaining high furnace wall strength even after repairing in the method difficult in the conventionally known repairing technology that a broken hole part penetrated from a carbonization chamber in a refractories brick furnace wall of a coke oven through a combustion chamber is repaired in hot working. SOLUTION: In the method for repairing the broken hole part 1 penetrating the refractories brick furnace wall 2 for partitioning the carbonization chamber and the combustion furnace of the coke oven from the carbonization chamber to the combustion chamber in hot working, by crushing working or melting cutting working of a furnace wall brick by laser irradiation from a carbonization chamber side, a broken hole cross section shape is regulated to a step shape or a taper shape that it becomes narrower from the carbonization chamber to the combustion chamber. A brick material 19 for filling is adjusted to the broken hole cross section of the shape-regulation part and is shape-regulated such that a beveling portion is formed on a border of the inserted filling refractories brick material 19 and the broken hole part 1. It is inserted to the hole-breaking part, and monolithic refractories is injected to the open distal end to fix the inserted refractories brick 19 to the broken hole part 1.
