<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal module wherein generation of Newton's rings can be prevented by adding minor alteration. <P>SOLUTION: In the liquid crystal module formed by stacking and storing a light reflection sheet 2, a light guide plate 3 having a light source 8 disposed on a side end surface thereof, a light diffusion sheet 4, a prism sheet 5 and a liquid crystal panel 6 in a square frame-shaped frame 1 and fastening a square frame shaped bezel 7 made of metal to the outside of the frame 1, a positioning protrusion piece 5a of the prism sheet 5 is extended, drawn out to an external part from a recessed part 1b formed at the frame 1 and interposed between the frame 1 and the bezel 7 to conduct the prism sheet to the bezel 7. By removing static electricity from the prism sheet 5 through the bezel 7, warpage of the prism sheet 5 due to static electricity is eliminated so that the prism sheet 5 and the liquid crystal panel 6 are not brought into contact with each other.
