PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording head for decreasing flowing into a flow path of an adhesive while adhesive strength and adhesive durability of a substrate of an inkjet constituent member are ensured. SOLUTION: The adhesive surface of an Si single crystal is roughened to a definite degree by an anodizing treatment to improve the adhesive strength and the adhesive durability. In addition, by utilizing a constitution for making a step difference in the height direction, the flowing into the flow path of the adhesive is decreased. The difference in its height can be precisely formed at the same time with the anodizing treatment by arranging a mask material on the non-anodizing treatment part. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
