<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing an emulsion containing a functional oily component having high transparency and excellent preservation stability. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for preparing the oil droplet-in-water type emulsion by mixing an oil phase containing the functional oily component with an aqueous phase, a nonionic surfactant having 10-18 HLB is contained in at least one of the oil phase and the aqueous phase, and the oil phase and the aqueous phase each independently divided in micro spaces of a micro mixer are micro-mixed in another micro space at ≤80°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
