PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage the states of a plurality of equipment in a batch with simple configurations without sharply deteriorating operability at the job site.

SOLUTION: This system 10 is provided with IC tags X and Y individually mounted on a plurality of equipment X and Y; a portable terminal 110 for writing information relating to the equipment X and Y in the IC tags X and Y; and a server 100 for receiving information from the terminal 110. The IC tags X and Y are provided with a memory 164 for storing information written by the terminal 110. The terminal 110 is provided with a reader/writer part 112 for writing the information in the IC tags X and Y, and for reading the information from the IC tags X an Y; a storage part 114 for storing the information written in the IC tags X and Y; and a transmission part 118 for transmitting the information written in the IC tags X and Y to the server 100. The server 100 is provided with a reception part 102 for receiving the information transmitted from the terminal 110 through a USB cable 160 when charging the terminal 110.
