O-RING COMPOSITION FOR OIL COOLER OF CNG ENGINE

A composition for forming an O-ring for an oil cooler of a compressed natural gas engine is provided to realize reinforced oil resistance, and to prevent swelling and pressurization of an O-ring, while preventing an engine oil from leaking out of an oil cooler. A composition for forming an O-ring(100) for an oil cooler(10) of a compressed natural gas engine comprises: a polymer comprising (i) a ternary fluororubber containing a ternary polymer formed of vinylidene fluoride, tetrafluoroethylene monomer and perfluoromethyl vinyl ether, and a cure site monomer, and (ii) fluororubber with high chemical resistance comprising a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and propylene; a filler; and a crosslinking agent forming the polymer into a peroxide-crosslinked system.
