PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch disk capable of suppressing deterioration of adhesion performance between a clutch facing and plates of a disk spring adhered to each other. SOLUTION: Three securing parts 10f, 10f, 10f protruding toward a first clutch facing 11 side are provided on a first plate portion 10c of the disk spring 10, and three securing parts 10g, 10g, 10g protruding toward a second clutch facing 12 are provided on a second plate portion 10d. When adhering a continuous fiber material on each plate portion 10c 10d applied with an adhesive, parts of the continuous fiber material are each secured individually to each securing part 10f, 10g.
