PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full-time crime prevention system which quickly and surely checks the behavior of a prowler before his/her invasion to a house, greatly quickens a report time to the police and the like from invasion of the prowler into a security area, and menaces/restrains the prowler for preventing damage. SOLUTION: This full-time crime prevention system transmitting alert information to a monitoring center connected to the Internet is provided with: a crime prevention state storage means storing either of a crime prevention mode, in which the alert information is transmitted if an abnormal event is detected in a garden, or a crime prevention release mode, in which no alert information is transmitted when an abnormal event is detected; a sensor detecting a human body; a staying time measurement means measuring a staying time of the human body on the periphery of an entrance; and an alert information output means outputting the alert information showing detection of the abnormal event when the staying time measured by the staying time measurement means is a predetermined period or longer.
