PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the hoisting device tilt rotating/swiveling apparatus for a crane, capable of simplifying the structure and achieving cost reduction. SOLUTION: The hoisting device tilt rotating/swiveling apparatus for a crane, which is arranged on the base part of a girder 2, includes: four base end sheaves 9a to 9d corresponding to four hoisting sheaves; a first advancing/retreating device 21 for controlling the trim of a spreader by advancing/retreating one group of base end sheaves 9a, 9b corresponding to two hoisting sheaves together toward the base end side of the girder 2 or the fore end side of a boom, while retreating/advancing the other group of the base end sheaves 9c, 9d corresponding to two hoisting sheaves different from the two hoisting sheaves together toward the base end side of the girder 2 or the fore end side of the boom; and two second advancing/retreating devices 22 installed on the upper side of the first advancing/retreating device, respectively for controlling the wrist of the spreader or skew by advancing/retreating one base end sheave of one group of base end sheaves or one base end sheave of the other group of base end sheaves, while retreating/advancing the other base end sheave.
