A tie having a transparent film improving a far infrared ray emission function is provided to keep the emission of far infrared rays having the wavelength of 5~20 micrometers at 40°C, over 0.830 in comparison with black body radiation, by mixing at least one of magnesium silicate and barium sulfate as a portion or whole of inorganic matter, with polyethylene resin. A transparent film(200) formed in the shape of a square, a polygon, a heart, or a star is sewed on the front or back side of a tie(100) to contain photos(300), postcards, or flowers. The transparent film for forming pores and increasing the emission of far infrared rays is produced by adding at least one of magnesium silicate and barium sulfate as a portion or whole of inorganic matter added to an air-permeable film, to polyethylene resin. Accordingly, the emission of far infrared rays having the wavelength of 5~20 micrometers at 40°C is over 0.830 for black body radiation. |
