A case and a mobile terminal employing the same are provided to reduce the size and weight of a mobile terminal by forming a power amplifier in a case and to reduce current consumption. A Bluetooth module unit(260) receives a signal having the first transmission output received via a Bluetooth antenna(250). First input and output units(280,285) output the signal having the first transmission output outputted from the Bluetooth module unit to a case(20) having a power amplifier(100), receive a signal having the second transmission output obtained by amplifying the signal having the first transmission output by the power amplifier of the case, and output the same to the Bluetooth antenna. A baseband modem(230) outputs a control signal for controlling the power amplifier of the case. A first interface unit(240) outputs the control signal of the modem unit to the case. The case includes a second interface(110) connected with the first interface to allow the control signal inputted from the baseband modem to be inputted to the power amplifier. When the case is fastened to the mobile terminal, the second interface unit outputs a certain fastening signal to the baseband modem.
