Screw press

A screw press contains a pressing cylinder assembled from annular pressing cages, with a screw in the form of a set of screw bushings with branches and intermediate bushings without turns between them. Annular pressing cages have different width in the cross section. Annular pressing cages of large width are equipped with diametrically opposite cleaners being mobile in the transverse area relative to the screw. The set of screw bushings with intermediate smooth bushings is assembled on the shaft with possibility of displacement along its axis. The size of clearances between pressing cages for output of the product of squeezing is adjusted by intermediate remote washers.
